Setting off from the Red Lion Langthwaite where my last Dales walk finished |

Passing some of the old mine workings in Skel Gill |

Now on Booze Moor with early mist still rising out of Arkengarthdale |

Descending into Kexwith with Holgate Moor ahead |

Looking back across Kexwith to Hurst Moor |

Descending to the village of Barningham |

Barningham is a charming village with pretty cottages... |

Leaving the village after lunch and heading for the river Greta |

Passing through fields of oil seed rape.... |

.... before arriving at Greta Bridge.... |

....with and very attractive bar in the rather select Morritt Hotel! |

Finally contemplating the next stage of my walk from where the rivers Greta and Tees meet. |
