Glencoyne Bay(Ullswater) to Keswick 12.5m 3200ft.

Heading up to Heron Pike having left Glenridding Dodd (centre) with Ullswater below

Still a lot cloud over the Fairfield fells

Sheffield Pike summit, marked with not 19th century graffiti, but
the ancient boundary stone between the Howard and Marshall estates.

Now on the path to Sticks Pass today's highest point 2420ft

The starting hut of the ski lift on Raise

After crossing the pass the western fells with Thirlmere reservoir
below

Skiddaw now comes into view from the descent

Time for lunch sat on the packhorse bridge over Naddle beck

Nicol End landings on Derwentwater
from the path down Walla Crag

A final gentle stroll past the Moot Hall in Keswick Main street
