My walks resumed today - at least until we get locked down again!
I am now attempting to get fit again before attempting a planned sponsored walk of the Preston 'Guild Wheel', a 21 mile
circuit of the outskirts of Preston, Lancashire.
The walk is in aid of a charity I'm involved with - The Rwanda Group Trust, which sends all funds raised to our partners in Rwanda to be distributed to the poorest of the poor.
The Covid 19 virus has resulted in starvation for many of the people we aim to help. See
