Legburthwaite to Grasmere via the 'Old Pony Track' over Helvellyn. 10miles 3220ft ascent

Cautley Spout and The Calf (Howgill fells) 6miles 2000ft ascent




A rather damp start from the Cross Keys Temperance Inn,
now National Trust owned

High Cup Nick circular from Dufton 9.5 miles 1800ft ascent
