Scafell via Lord's Rake & return via Green How 7.5miles 3200 ft

to the start of the climb to the summit

Causey Pike, Scar Crag, Sail, Crag Hill, Wandope and Whiteless Pike. 9.25miles, 3,530ft ascent.
