Grassington moor and Grimwith reservoir.



Setting off on a frosty morning from Hebden (Wharfedale) not Hebden Bridge.




Walking up the picturesque Hebden Beck

Following like sheep to the sunniest place



Walking along part of the leadmining trail on Grassington moor....

... which has an extensive flue system....


... leading to the chimney on the top of the moor.




The chimney has been restored and stands 40m high...


... in front of a little reservoir used to flush out the flues.

considering the recent heavy rains
