Appleby to Preston - Day 2 - Sedbergh (12miles 1650ft)


Leaving Tebay along the banks of the River Lune


Crossing the M6 as it passes through the same valley as the river and railway


Now the main west coast railway


It's a very attractive path along the Lune valley
