Torriden Mountains - part 2

 The deer come much lower down in the winter to feed and are less inclined to run away   

Isolated cottages appear from nowhere...

The 'pass of the cattle' climbs over 2,000ft through these mountains on the Applecross peninsular to give motorised access to the settlement  of Applecross
