Coast to Coast - Day 13 - Blakey Ridge to Grosmont

An early start today as the sun rises over Rosedale Moor
(A train to catch at Grosmont 13miles away!)

Looking back over Rosedale to the Lion Inn

The shooting lodge at Trough House

Lingering mist in Fryupdale (What a great name!)

Fairy Cross Plain forms an island in middle of Fryupdale

The high moor is surrounded by a sea of mist, now down Glaisdale

Droplets of mist hang like a necklace. (Oooooh, so poetic!)

The sheep know where to find the sunshine.

Remembering the 'Tour de Yorkshire'.
(Certainly not part of the 'pelaton'!

The mist now almost cleared from the River Esk in Glaisdale

Arriving in Grosmont junction on the
North Yorkshire Moors Railway with 30mins to spare.
